Author Guidelines

Papers could be submitted in any format, only the accepted papers for publication would be prepared according to the following instructions.

Preparation of Manuscript (Click for Template and Quick Guide.)

1 - The main text should be single-column, starting with the Title/Abstract page and ending with the References page(s). 
2 - Manuscripts must be typewritten with Single spacing and wide margins (25mm) at all sides. A font size of 12 points (Times New Roman) is required. 
3 - Words to be printed in italics should appear as italics or be underlined in the manuscript.

Title/Abstract/Keywords

  1. The title page should contain the title of the paper, the names(s) of the author(s), their institutional address(es) and an abstract. Keywords should be given below the abstract separated by semicolons.
  2. Use the numbers to denote the affiliations of authors. 
  3. Title should be bold (size 14pt), centered, length up to 2 lines.
  4. The abstract, not exceeding 300 words.
Text Headings
  1. Text headings should be bold and follow the main text. 
  2. It should be numbered continuously.
  3. sub-headings should be Italic.

Figures and Tables

  1. They should referred to as `Figure 1, Figure 2' or `Table 1, Table 2' in text and should be numbered continuously and should appear in text in order.
  2. Captions should be 9-point Times New Roman font, boldface.
Conclusions

Write a set of conclusions, or a summary and conclusion, in which the significant implications of the information presented in the body of the manuscript are reviewed.

Acknowledgments

Include an acknowledgments section to recognize any advisory or financial help you received.

Appendixes

Use appendixes to record details and data that are of secondary importance or that are needed to support assertions in the text. Make sure the text contains references to all appendixes. Equations, tables, and figures should be numbered sequentially from text.

References

For details to prepare the list of references and cite them in the text, authors are advised to follow the introduction and the sample list in the Template and Quick Guide of the instruction.
