Abstract

The air conditioner has become a need rather than a luxury. The use of air conditioners has risen exponentially in the past few years. The result of creating comfort for us comes with a price that of increased electricity bills and global warming effects. It’s an attempt to improve the performance of the 1.5TR split air conditioner in two ways- one by pre-cooling the air passing over the condenser and charging of refrigerant with additive oil to increase life of compressor and reducing the energy use. With the aim of distributing the conditioned air to an occupied space to improve thermal comfort and indoor air quality at reduced cost and increased life.
